Remember when I said the thing about delicious food? Well Dinner was astounding.
Agave glazed catfish and garlic herb mashed potatoes. If anyone ever reads this and wants the recipe just ask in a comment or message or whatever. Long story short, the store had agave syrup on sale and I decided to be bold and it paid off. Also with potatoes... more garlic equals more better.
